Policy for the Protection of Children and Minors
Club Cooee has a very strict and zero-tolerance policy in place to protect kids & minors from all forms of CSAE (child sexual abuse and exploitation). Club Cooee is committed to maintaining a safe and secure platform that protects children from exploitation, abuse, and harm. We strictly prohibit any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and take all necessary steps to prevent, detect, and report such content and activity on our platform.
Zero-Tolerance Policy on Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
Club Cooee enforces a zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
This includes but is not limited to:
- Any content that depicts, encourages, or facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation.
- Any attempt to groom, solicit, or engage minors in inappropriate conversations or activities.
- The sharing, storage, or transmission of CSAM in any form.
- The use of the platform for the recruitment or facilitation of child trafficking or exploitation.
We don’t allow any content in any form or shape, that sexualizes or endangers children, fictional or real (for example photos, images, media, text, illustrations, anime, etc. ). This includes any visual depictions, sharing 3rd party links, or discussions of sexually explicit conduct involving a child. It’s forbidden to upload, store, produce, share, or entice anyone to share child sexual abuse material (CSAM), even if the intent is to express outrage or raise awareness about the cause. To be safe, our guidelines and policies therefore also concern “unintentional” child content.
We hope that you understand this strict policy. Any violation of this policy will result in the immediate blocking (and consecutive deletion) of your account and a report to the respective authorities.
In-app reporting
We have an “in-app” reporting feature on every users profile as well as via a tap on a chat. Please use the best-fitting subcategory when reporting.
User Guidelines & Enforcement
To ensure the safety of minors, the following user guidelines are enforced:
- Age Restrictions: Club Cooee is not intended for users under the age of 16. Users found to be underage will have their accounts suspended.
- Strict Community Standards: Any content involving minors must comply with our safety policies and will be subject to moderation.
- Account Suspension & Reporting: Users engaging in CSAE-related activities will be permanently banned and reported to authorities.
