I bought an item on the marketplace, but can't use it because it's been banned. Can I get my Cooee Cash back?

Sometimes, we might have to ban an item that was created by a designer (a fellow user) because it didn't quite follow our Code of Conduct. If you happened to buy one of these items, no worries! You can totally ask for a refund of your payment. Here's how you do it: just hop over to the Club Cooee website, then head to your inventory of items that can be traded (there's a button called "sell"). You'll see a list of all your banned items right there. Just a heads-up: we can only reimburse the part of the payment that Club Cooee received. We're here to help make sure your experience is always super fun and fair!
