Welcome to Club Cooee!

We’re a global community where people come together to express themselves, connect with others, and enjoy music, fashion, and friendship in 3D spaces. To keep Cooee safe and fun for everyone, we have some rules you must follow. These guidelines apply to all users, rooms, events, and content within Club Cooee — including messages, usernames, avatars, outfits, and profiles.

By using Club Cooee, you agree to follow these rules.

Club Cooee is a space for kindness and creativity. Any form of harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discrimination is not allowed. This includes racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, religious bigotry, and xenophobia. Encouraging or celebrating harm, suicide, or self-injury is also strictly prohibited. Repeated unwanted contact, stalking, threats, and manipulation of others will lead to action on your account. Do not coordinate with other users to harass or target someone. Group attacks or dogpiling behavior is not tolerated.

We take threats seriously. Do not threaten physical harm to yourself or others. Do not make threats of violence, assault, or intimidation, even as a joke. Glorifying or promoting terrorism, extremism, or real-world violence is not allowed. This includes encouraging others to harm themselves or others, and suggesting that real-life violence is acceptable or deserved.

Club Cooee is not a platform for explicit sexual content. Publicly visible adult roleplay, erotic conversations, or suggestive behavior are not allowed. Pornographic content, nudity, or descriptions of sexual acts are prohibited, even in private messages. Avatars, profile pictures, and room names must remain appropriate for all users.

Club Cooee has zero tolerance for sexualized age play, child exploitation, or grooming behavior. Do not engage in roleplay where one or more characters are minors in a sexual or suggestive context. Do not solicit or send inappropriate content to users who are or appear to be under 18. Users engaging in such behavior will be permanently banned and may be reported to legal authorities. Protecting minors is a top priority. Do not misrepresent your age. Claiming to be underage or falsely presenting as a minor is strictly prohibited, even if meant as a role or joke.

Do not pretend to be Club Cooee staff, moderators, influencers, or public figures. Do not use usernames, profile pictures, or room names that could mislead others into thinking you are someone you’re not. Making false claims about having power over other users (such as threatening bans or claiming insider knowledge) is not allowed.

Scams are harmful and break the trust of the community. Do not attempt to deceive other users to gain Cooee Cash, items, access, or personal information. This includes fake giveaways, phishing links, impersonation, "quit Cooee" sales, or trades with no intent to deliver. Buying or selling accounts or items for real-world money outside of official channels is not allowed.

Never ask another user for their password, email, or personal login details. Do not share your own account with others. Using or distributing stolen accounts or information is a serious violation and may lead to permanent bans and legal consequences.

Do not attempt to bypass, manipulate, or exploit the systems and mechanics of Club Cooee. This includes using third-party tools, browser scripts, automation, or unauthorized software to influence gameplay, currency generation, gifting, trading, or access to features. Circumventing time restrictions, purchase limits, or moderation systems is considered abuse. Attempts to overload servers, trigger system behavior artificially, or reverse-engineer platform mechanics may result in permanent bans. Club Cooee continuously monitors unusual patterns and will take action to protect the platform and its users.

Users who are banned are not permitted to return to Club Cooee using alternate accounts, devices, or other methods. Any attempt to evade a ban will result in the immediate suspension of all related accounts. Ban evasion undermines the safety of the community and is treated as a serious violation.

Using third-party tools, bots, hacks, or exploits to gain unfair advantages is prohibited. This includes automation, macros, duplicate accounts for farming, or modifying the app in any way. Exploiting bugs or glitches for personal gain violates the spirit of fair play. If you discover a bug, report it to us instead of using it.

Do not spam messages, invitations, or friend requests. Repeating text, flooding chats, excessive tagging, and advertising unrelated services disrupt the community and degrade user experience. This includes spamming invites to clubs or using rooms for unauthorized promotions.

Usernames, display names, room names, and club titles must not contain profanity, sexual language, hate speech, or misleading content. Names that reference drugs, violence, suicide, or self-harm are not allowed. Rooms and profiles must follow the same guidelines. Do not post or share copyrighted or trademarked content unless you are the rightful owner or have explicit permission to use it. This includes music, logos, artwork, videos, and brand materials.

Room owners may set their own rules, as long as they do not contradict Club Cooee’s global guidelines. Owners are responsible for moderating their spaces and removing users who break room rules. However, they may not use moderation tools to bully, threaten, or silence users unfairly. Rooms found violating community standards may be hidden or deleted.

Events, clubs, and promotions must follow all community guidelines. Misleading event titles, false giveaways, or clickbait tactics are not allowed. Do not use events to promote external apps, services, or content not related to Club Cooee. Events involving explicit, hateful, or dangerous content will be removed and may lead to account penalties.

Cooee Cash is our virtual currency and part of the in-world economy. Selling, trading, or transferring Cooee Cash for real-world money outside the official platform is prohibited. Gaining Cooee Cash through fraudulent means or offering fake sales or giveaways is not allowed. Users engaging in Cooee Cash scams will be permanently banned.

Any activity that breaks the law in your country or internationally is not allowed on Club Cooee. This includes sharing or distributing illegal content, making threats of real-world violence, or engaging in harassment or exploitation. We reserve the right to report illegal behavior to law enforcement.

Please respect the authority of Club Cooee staff, moderators, and support team members. If you receive a warning or penalty, do not argue, threaten, or harass the staff involved. Abusive or disrespectful behavior toward moderators may result in additional penalties.

Breaking the rules may result in a warning, mute, content removal, suspension, or permanent ban depending on the severity and repetition of the violation. Serious offenses like child exploitation, threats, or scams may result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities. Moderation decisions are made by Club Cooee staff and are final.

If you see someone breaking the rules or acting inappropriately, report them using the in-app tools or contact our support team with screenshots or relevant details. Our team reviews reports carefully and takes action to protect the community. Please report in good faith. False or abusive reports may lead to penalties.

Club Cooee is what we make it — a global party, a creative space, a place to belong. Please respect each other, play fair, and help make Cooee a welcoming place for everyone. By following these guidelines, you’re helping us build a better, more inclusive, and more joyful world.
